Rules for abstract submission

Before submitting any abstract, you are requested to read the rules and regulations.

Abstract(s) may not have been published previously at the time of presentation at the symposium.

Abstract Title:

Acceptable title formatting: Use mixed case or sentence case for your title Maximum limit: 200 characters

Abstract Components* Maximum limit: 2100 characters including space:

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations.

One Participant can submit maximum 2-Abstracts, and has to be either first and/or corresponding Author

Accepted Abstracts will be called for Presentation, Technical Session-wise and Oral/Poster division will be informed by 1st Week of November 2025, Selected-presented papers will be called for willingness for consideration Journal Special Issue or Elsevier Book-Chapter, in the 1st Week of December, All the Accepted Abstracts will be compiled in a Volume and will be released during NS Inaugural on 25 Nov 2025
